Our AdBlue Dispensing System is ideal for haulage companies, bus operators, train operators and other individuals that use AdBlue in addition to SCR technology to reduce NOx emissions.
The system allows an AdBlue tanker to arrive on site, connect to the Todo valve and then refill your AdBlue holding tank.
The system is supplied complete with:
- 16000 litre AdBlue holding tank
- 240v AdBlue pumping kit with lockable storage box
- 5 Metres of AdBlue resistant delivery hose
- Powder coated steel Todo holder
- 2” Todo dry break couplings
- Stainless steel cam locks and tank fittings
- Stainless steel NRV with strainer and stainless steel hose tail
- Stainless steel bulkhead fitting with stainless steel hose tail
- 90 Degree stainless steel bend with stainless steel hose tail to connect hose to pump
- 2x pieces of hose to connect fittings inside the AdBlue tank
Once the system has been professionally installed and confirmation of this has been sent to us, we can arrange for a tanker to come on site and fill your AdBlue holding tank with the amount of AdBlue stated in the ‘First Fill Option’ above.

16800 Litre AdBlue Holding Tank
The 16800 litre AdBlue holding tank is manufactured from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), a tough and durable, UV stabilised plastic which will never rust or corrode and is impact resistant. The AdBlue holding tanks are manufactured using 40% more polymer compared to our standard water tanks and a one piece moulded design ensures long term strength. A carefully programmed manufacturing process ensures maximum wall thickness at the base - where it is needed the most.
The AdBlue holding tanks are available in a choice of three colours, Black, Natural or Blue (Please note it is not a legal requirement for AdBlue tanks to be blue).

Todo Holder
The powder coated Todo holder is manufactured from steel and has a pre-drilled base which enables it to be securely fixed to the ground using fixing bolts.
Todo Dry-Break Couplings with 5m Delivery Hose
The system is supplied with a 2” Todo type dry break coupling fill connection with stainless steel cam locks.
Todo dry-break couplings offer bulk-handling of fluids with minimal spill connections.
The advantages of Todo couplings are:
- Simple one-step operation
- Connect and disconnect without spillage
As standard the AdBlue system is supplied with two 5 metre lengths of hose, one to go from the Todo valve to the tank and the other from the tank to the pump. Longer lengths of hose can be supplied at extra cost if the Todo or pump is to be located a greater distance from the tank.

Please note the bulkhead fitting and the suction hose will both require fitting from inside the tank. The tank features a large 620mm lid which will allow access to do this.
