Used as a space to store oil drums and other containers, our two drum spill bund is ideal for making sure leaks are caught and not causing potential slipping hazards. Employees can go about their normal day to day tasks without the thought of oil leaks on the floor, in stead, the oil would leak into the spill bund. The bund is fully sealed and moulded to ensure no liquid can make its way out.
The hardcover means that the bund can be stored outdoors without the worry that the bund will get flooded should there be any heavy rainfall. When the shutter is closed, the padlock space means the owner can have the peace of mind that the drums will not be stolen or tampered with (Padlock not included).
The spill bund is manufactured with forklift channels under, this helps when moving it to a new position within a building or outside to empty it. Fitted with a removable anti-slip grate, the cleaning process is made as simple as possible, simply lift it up and out of the bund to begin cleaning. We recommend that all of the necessary clothing equipment is worn when doing this, especially when coming in contact with hazardous chemicals.
A ramp can be used to make the loading and unloading process as smooth as possible for the operator. This can be done by placing the ramp next to the spill bund and rolling the drum on using a sack truck to make minimal movement inside the drum.
