2 Cu Ft Household Grit Bin - 60 Litre / 60 kg Capacity

This 60 litre household grit bin is ideal for use around homes and small business premises. It has a 65kg capacity and is constructed from durable and fully weatherproof polyethylene. 

Its compact and stackable design includes a forklift / pallet truck channel underneath to ensure ease when transporting it.

Available in a choice of yellow, dark green or mottled grey, it features an angled lid designed to minimise the amount of snow and ice settling on top of the grit bin, therefore ensuring ease of use even in winter weather. The angled lid also allows rainwater to run off.

Optional Extras

To keep your stock of grit salt safe and secure from theft, an optional factory fitted hasp and staple is available (padlock not included).

To assist with spreading your salt grit, or for helping transfer it from your salt bin into your salt spreader, we can supply a plastic handheld scoop. The scoop measures 310 x 140 x 185mm.

An optional two-piece shovel can be added which conveniently unscrews to fit inside the grit salt bin when not in use.

To ensure you are thoroughly prepared for winter, we can supply this grit box with 50kg (2 x 25kg bags) of either brown or white rock salt.

Please Note: If you add rock salt to your order, this will arrive in a separate delivery to the salt bins and within 10-15 working days.
