Our team is based at our Retford warehouse and offices, covering everything from your first question to the pallet arriving, and the invoice that follows. Many have been with us a long time, which means the person you speak to today is likely to be the person you speak to next time.

Leadership

Glyn and Richard founded Kingfisher Direct and still run it. The business has grown a long way from where it started in 2011, but the way it works has not changed much, which is that problems get dealt with rather than passed around.
