The Cemo 5,000 litre Bunded Diesel Filling Station is a fully integrated, fixed-location fuel solution designed for organisations that require safe, compliant and efficient on-site diesel dispensing.
Commonly specified for construction sites, fleet depots, logistics hubs, plant hire yards and industrial premises, this unit combines bulk diesel storage with high-performance refuelling equipment to keep vehicles and machinery operational with minimal disruption.
A 230V electric pump delivers diesel at up to 72 litres per minute, making it suitable for sites with frequent refuelling demand. Dispensing is controlled via an automatic shut-off nozzle, with usage monitored through the integrated K33 flow meter. An 8 metre hose on an automatic reel provides excellent reach while keeping the dispensing area tidy and reducing trip hazards.
To protect both equipment and the environment, the tank is fitted with a water separator filter, helping prevent contaminated fuel from reaching vehicles or plant. During deliveries, the overfill prevention sensor and contents gauge provide additional reassurance, reducing the risk of spills or overfilling.
Unlike single-skin tanks, the Cemo Cube features a fully integrated secondary bund, complete with a visual bund alarm to alert users in the event of a leak. The robust, lockable lid protects key components from weather, unauthorised access and vandalism, making the unit suitable for unattended or high-traffic locations.
For installation and stability, the tank includes three lifting points for crane handling and four base fixing points to secure the unit against wind loading. A large 380mm inspection hatch allows for straightforward inspection and maintenance when required.
