Description

Our galvanised fire resistant overboxes can be used to cover both internal and external electricity meter boxes which require a one hour fire rating.

Available in small, medium or large sizes, they have been tested to and comply with the EN1363-1 & EN1366-3 60 minute fire test. The rear of the box is sealed with Pyroplex Intumescent Fire Only Seal.

The overboxes can be fitted directly onto the surrounding brickwork to cover either new or damaged electricity meter boxes. They are suitable for office buildings and communal areas such as a block of flats.

For enhanced security, this product is fitted with fitted with Stainless Steel locks and hinges, which are concealed to help prevent tampering or vandalising.
