- Install in under an hour – no need for mixers, formwork, or wet concrete on-site
- Built to last – 120-year lifespan with tested compressive strength of 80 MPa
- Minimal site prep – no hardcore base needed, just a compacted sand layer
- Reduces project delays – store on-site and deploy when needed
- Less water, less waste – eco-efficient and cleaner than traditional pouring
- Drives down cost – no need for specialist labour or heavy equipment
- Versatile use cases – sheds, greenhouses, tanks, outdoor workspaces and more
- Strong enough for vehicles – handles light traffic from cars, vans, and ATVs
Installation Made Simple
No wet mix. No timber frame. No stress. Here's how it works:
-
Prepare the base – lay and level a 2–5cm bed of compacted sand
-
Roll out the slab – unfold and fix using the supplied pegs and metal edge guards
-
Add water – use approx. 3.5 litres per square metre (a hose pipe works best)
Allow 24 hours to cure — then build.
Note: For fixing on concrete or rock, we supply masonry bolts on request.
A Smarter Concrete Base – Without the Mess or the Hassle
The InstaSlab is a foldout, concrete-filled mat that sets into a durable foundation within 24 hours — with zero formwork, mixing or heavy machinery. Ideal for a wide range of small to medium-sized outdoor structures, it’s used not just under water tanks, but increasingly as a low-hassle base for sheds, greenhouses, garden offices, tool storage, and off-grid builds.
Delivered rolled up for easy access to hard-to-reach areas, the slab can be installed by just two people using basic tools. Simply prepare a level sand base, roll it out, fix the slab using the included pegs and protectors, then hydrate it with a hose. After curing for 24 hours, the surface is ready to build on.
Made in the UK from a reinforced concrete canvas, this cementitious composite achieves 80 MPa strength (or 815 kgf/cm²) — equivalent to that of structural concrete. It’s also watertight, UV-resistant, and will never rot or degrade like timber.
