The Malta is a high quality square post bus shelter that features a modern, attractive design suitable for any outdoor location. The shelter is available in a choice of two lengths – standard 2500mm or a long 5000mm version.
Frame:
- 80 x 80mm steel tube used for the square posts
- Welded base plates allow ground fixing using bolts
- Aluminium profile arcs with two 40 x 60mm aluminium crossbeams
- Aluminium profile rainwater gutters
- Hot dipped galvanised and painted in one of our standard RAL colours
Canopy:
- 6mm translucent anti-UV cellular polycarbonate glazing
- The canopy is inserted in the two gutters and between the arcs
Cladding:
- Fitted with back cladding and two side claddings
- Shatter resistant 8mm safety glass with EC safety standard etching on the glass
- Cladding is fixed by a Zamac clamping device
- This system allows easy replacement of safety glass panels in the event of vandalism

Optional Extras:
- Wind/rain protection consisting of PMMA transparent sheet with 3x fixing brackets.
- LED lighting – Provide night time safety and comfort by internally lighting the bus shelter (electricity supply needed from local grid 220V)
