Manufactured with heavy duty steel, this steel drum lifter can lift and move up to 205 litre steel drums with ease and confidence. The lifter grabs the drum by the gripping hooks onto the steel drums lip and proceeds to lift it. By using this drum handling equipment, the risk of operator injuries reduces significantly and productivity will grow because of it.
The lifter is perfect when loading lorries and other vehicles with help from the forklift, avoiding any direct contact between the drum and the operator. With a maximum load capacity of 500kg, the lifter can hold the heaviest of oil drums.
The vertical design of this drum lifter means the steel drum will remain straight at all times when being moved. This keeps the liquid inside that is being transported still. Reducing the risk of spills and damage to the working environment.
