Our Single Sided Changing Room Bench with Hook Rail is a versatile, freestanding solution ideal for the perimeter of school changing rooms, sports facilities, and gym locker rooms, especially where wall fixing isn’t possible but coat hanging and bench seating are still required. This bench provides durable seating and integrated hanging space, all in one streamlined unit.
Each unit stands 1750mm high overall and features a robust steel frame supporting three solid 75mm x 25mm Beech slats for reliable, long-term performance. Unlike many alternatives, our bench slats are mounted to a heavy-duty 30mm formed steel frame for superior strength and stability. The bench is supplied in flat pack form, making it easy to store, transport, and install, even in tight spaces.
The freestanding 30mm square legs come with plastic feet to make cleaning under the unit easy. A floor-fixing kit and shoe rack is available at extra cost - please contact us for a quote.
Each unit includes: leg frames, seat frame, Beech slats, a Beech hook rail, high-quality coat hooks, as well as all the needed fixings.
Assembly is quick and straightforward using just a 10mm socket or spanner, a screwdriver, and a drill.
The bench frames are finished in a tough gloss powder coat available in Silver (RAL9006), Blue (RAL5002), Red (RAL3020), Black (RAL9005), or Green (RAL6009). Custom RAL colours and a pre-zinc coating option are available at additional cost for use in damp or chemically exposed areas.
