Details

  • Factory fit additional outlets, no DIY necessary – suitable only for Wydale tanks
  • Much more robust than fusion welded sockets
  • Available in a wide range of sizes to suit your needs

These spin weld outlets are factory fitted, no need for any additional DIY. These fittings have been introduced to replace fusion sockets by providing more durability and resistance against leaks.

These additional outlets are welded to the tank by spinning them at high speed, fusing the fitting and tank together.

Fittings using spin weld outlets should only be hand tightened, and any pipework should be supported and properly secured.

Ordering a tank with additional outlets is a simple process. Simply contact us via email and let us know what particular tank and fusion welds you are interested in. Our team will be back in contact with a diagram of your tank and a full quotation. From there, all you need to do is mark on the diagram where each extra outlet should be placed, with measurements from the two closest edges – then send this back to us and make payment.

For an example of how to mark the placement of your fusion welds, please see the diagram below:

Each additional socket is made from durable MDPE, the exact same material the tank walls are constructed from.
