This rebottled IBC features a virgin polymer inner layer and a post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic outer layer. This means that stored contents come into contact only with the virgin polymer internal surface, while the exterior incorporates recycled material. The bottle is blow moulded with bevelled edges for strength, durability and reliable everyday handling.
What is a rebottled IBC?
A rebottled IBC uses a professionally cleaned and reconditioned steel frame fitted with a replacement bottle, new lid and new valve.
By reusing the outer frame and replacing the inner bottle, rebottled IBCs provide a practical, cost-effective option for non-hazardous liquid storage. The co-extruded bottle combines a virgin polymer contact layer with a recycled outer layer, helping reduce material use without compromising product contact surfaces.

What is an IBC?
Intermediate bulk containers (IBC) are reusable industrial containers, which are designed for the safe transportation and storage of bulk liquids. They are stackable containers, mounted on a pallet that is designed to be moved using a forklift or pallet jack. The tubular galvanised steel frame around the container guarantees utmost stability. This also fits perfectly into the grooves of a plastic pallet; both below and above the container which enables an exact positioning and problem-free stacking.
