The 300L IBC heating jacket helps warm viscous materials inside a standard 300 litre IBC, making them easier to pour, pump or discharge. It is ideal for materials that can thicken at room temperature, including oils, resins, waxes, fats, syrups, adhesives, water and diesel fuel.

Cold or thick materials can leave usable product stuck inside the container, increasing waste and slowing down daily operations. This 300L IBC heater jacket applies controlled heat around the container to help reduce viscosity, improve flow and support a cleaner emptying process.

The jacket runs on a 230V power supply with a 1150W output and includes a single adjustable thermostat with a temperature range from 0 to 90°C. This gives operators straightforward heat control when working with different liquids and semi-solid materials.

Made from polyurethane nylon, the jacket is water-resistant and flame-retardant. Adjustable quick-release buckles make it simple to fit, secure, and remove from a standard 300L IBC. For improved heat retention, a compatible insulated lid is available as an optional extra, sold separately.
