The LithiumVault One-Door Charging Cabinet is designed for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries in high-demand environments. Built from durable steel and certified for 90 minutes of fire resistance, it delivers a robust solution for industrial settings where both electrical capacity and fire safety are critical. This cabinet operates on a three-phase power supply, allowing it to deliver more power than single-phase models, making it particularly suitable for facilities with heavier charging requirements. It is fitted with a 4-pole plug socket and includes a 2-meter cable with a 5G6mm² section, supporting a maximum output of 11,960 watts at 400 volts and 32 amps.
Internally, the cabinet accommodates 24 charging points, with six power sockets per shelf across four perforated shelves. Safety is at the core of its design, featuring anti-spark hinges, integrated stand ventilation, a self-closing door system, and an internal spill tray for added environmental protection. The cabinet’s door is lockable with a single-point lock and comes with two keys. A circuit breaker and illuminated on/off safety switch are integrated into each charging socket for added operational control.
To manage potential fire incidents, the cabinet is equipped with a FirePro® fire detection and automatic extinguishing system, triggered by a Thermo Activator bulb. This system is supported by an onboard control panel, offering both manual and automated suppression options. In the event of a fire, the cabinet’s rock wool insulation panels—certified A2-s1-d0 non-combustible according to EN 13501-1—offer 90 minutes of thermal protection, tested and validated under EN 1363-1 standards. This provides valuable time for fire services to respond while containing the thermal hazard.
Externally, the cabinet measures 595mm in width, 600mm in length, and 2050mm in height. Inside, it offers usable space measuring 496mm wide, 446mm deep, and 1540mm high. Each of the four shelves measures 495mm by 420mm with a height of 39mm. The cabinet has a tare weight of 210 kilograms, excluding accessories, and features a black door with a grey frame and interior finish.
