Designed to meet stringent safety standards, this robust storage solution offers peace of mind in environments where battery-related fire risks are a concern.
Constructed from durable steel, the cabinet features two doors and includes key safety elements such as anti-spark hinges, standard ventilation, a self-closing door system, and an integrated spill tray. These features work together to contain potential hazards and limit the spread of fire. In the event of a fire inside the cabinet, thermal protection is provided by high-performance rock wool insulation panels. These panels are rated A2-s1-d0 as non-combustible according to EN 13501-1, and their 90-minute fire resistance has been confirmed through destructive testing in compliance with EN 1363-1 standards.
Internally, the cabinet includes four perforated shelves designed to promote airflow and safe battery arrangement. It is secured with two locking doors, and four keys are supplied for controlled access. While the cabinet does not include internal charging points, this design ensures maximum passive safety for battery storage. The exterior dimensions measure 1200mm wide, 600mm long, and 2050mm high, while the internal space offers 1095mm in width, 446mm in length, and 1540mm in height. Each shelf measures 1094mm wide, 420mm long, and 39mm high. The cabinet has a tare weight of 350kg when empty and comes in a black and grey finish for a professional, industrial-grade appearance.
