GroundTrak PRO is the robust, heavy-duty evolution of our trusted GroundTrak mat, purpose-built for demanding environments where safety, durability and ground protection are critical. Manufactured from 100% recyclable High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), this high-performance mat provides exceptional temporary ground cover, supporting loads of up to 60 tonnes (subject to ground conditions). It offers unbeatable performance in construction sites, infrastructure maintenance, event flooring, and more.
Each mat measures 1200mm x 2400mm x 12.7mm thick and is designed for both strength and versatility. Its dual-sided surface offers optimal grip for multiple applications – one side features a 4-bar chequer plate, ideal for pedestrian traffic including wheelchair users, while the other has a 1-bar chequer plate for safe and stable vehicle access. This makes GroundTrak PRO suitable for everything from light footfall to heavy plant machinery.
Despite its strength, GroundTrak PRO is lightweight and easy to handle. Integrated hand holes allow for quick lifting and fast positioning on site, while additional side and corner holes enable secure connection using our two-way or four-way connectors. This modular design means mats can be joined to create custom pathways, turning areas, or complete temporary flooring systems.
Built to perform in the harshest conditions, the mat’s non-slip surface ensures maximum grip even in wet or oily environments. It is fully waterproof, chemically resistant, and maintenance-free – simply clean using a stiff brush or pressure washer.
