Description

  • U.N. certified for 10 years – Fully approved for safe diesel storage and transport across sites.
  • Ideal for construction, agricultural and industrial use – Designed for rugged site conditions and internal fleet movement.
  • Site-safe towing – Built specifically for off-road environments like construction sites and farms.
  • Bunded for spill protection – Dual-layer tank construction contains leaks and meets environmental compliance.
  • Flexible fuel dispensing options – Comes with hand pump as standard, or upgrade to 12V or petrol-powered electric pumps.
  • Lockable and secure – Stainless steel rear door protects pump system and fittings from tampering.
  • Built to last – Heavy-duty steel chassis and hot-dip galvanised frame resist corrosion and site wear.

This 2140-litre diesel site bowser is engineered for on-site fuelling in tough environments where public-road compliance isn’t required. Whether you’re running a busy construction site, agricultural operation, or plant yard, this robust, bunded tank offers safe, secure and convenient diesel dispensing where you need it most.

With U.N. certification valid for 10 years, this unit is approved for the storage and transport of diesel across work sites, depots, and internal fleet operations. It includes a K2 hand pump and 15ft hose as standard, or can be factory-fitted with a 12V 40 LPM BP3000 pump or 135 LPM petrol-powered pump for faster fuelling.

The inner tank, made from semi-translucent polyethylene, helps reduce rust risk and allows visual fuel checks. It’s housed within a 3mm mild steel bunded outer tank that contains 110% of the fuel volume, providing full environmental spill protection.

Mounted on a fully welded galvanised steel chassis with solid beam axle and 175 x 13 x 8 ply tyres, this bowser is built for rugged terrain. The chassis includes rear and front support stands for stability, and the entire unit is finished in a durable British Standard topcoat.

Why Choose a Site Bowser (vs Highway)?

If you don’t need to tow on public roads, a site bowser is a cost-effective alternative to our Highway Towable Fuel Bowser, offering the same bunded safety and performance for internal use. Ideal for construction sites, farms, and industrial premises, it skips the road-legal extras like brakes and lighting — helping to lower both upfront cost and long-term maintenance.

Technical Highlights

  • Chassis: Fully welded 100 x 50 RSC frame with A-frame drawbar – hot-dip galvanised.

  • Axle: Single solid beam axle fitted with heavy duty 6 stud 205mm pcd hubs, fitted with taper roller bearings.

  • Tyres: 10.75” x 15.3” flotation tyres on 6 stud rims.

  • Ancillary: Telescopic screw jack on drawbar.
  • Pump (Standard): K2 hand pump with inline strainer, 15ft hose & trigger nozzle.

  • Tank: 2140L polyethylene inner tank with 110% steel bund.

  • Security: Stainless steel lockable rear access door and four lifting points.
