Description

✔️ Large storage capacity in an efficient form factor — up to 560 litres

✔️ Ergonomic construction makes both lifting and transport easy

✔️ Save space and stack up to 5 high when empty, or 2 when full

✔️ Great value for storing wastewater and other non-consumable liquids

How does it work?
Liquid is usually filled from the lid on top of the IBC and drawn from the valve on the bottom of the unit. It's efficient design allows them to be stacked easily with their built-in forklift channels, saving on space. These containers have hundreds of uses but are often used to transport and store large amounts of fluid in the manufacturing industry, used as ballast for scaffolding or even as rainwater harvesting tanks on allotments.

What to Expect:

These IBCs may show signs of wear, like light rust, dents on the frame, or discolouration inside the bottle. These units may also contain residue of their previous contents, and as such they cannot be used to store drinking water or food materials for consumption by humans or animals. If you would like an IBC for drinking water or to store food products, see our New or Rebottled IBCs.

What is a Reconditioned IBC?
Grade A reconditioned units are used IBCs that have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. The bottle is made from tough HDPE plastic and is protected by a fully galvanised steel cage. While fully functional, signs of previous use—like rust or scuffs—are likely.

Grade B reconditioned units are the same as above but may not have been thoroughly cleaned internally or externally but are still fit for purpose.

What is an IBC?
IBC stands for Intermediate Bulk Container. These are heavy-duty, reusable containers for safely storing and moving large amounts of liquid. They’re designed to stack neatly and can be lifted by forklift or pallet jack.
